Breakfast and lunch meals are available for FREE daily to all students enrolled in the TPSD distance learner program.
TPSD school nutrition office assigns families the school location for drive thru meal service pick up at the time the meal order request form is received and issues a confirmation email or text to the family. This confirmation includes: number of children approved - for drive thru meal service, family id number - which is required for pick-up of meals and family assigned - school location for drive thru meal service.
The time for TPSD meals2go service at all assigned locations is: 12:30 to 1 p.m. All meals2go orders must be placed by 9:00 a.m. on the day of pick-up or you may enter the order any day prior to the day of pick-up.
TPSD regular menus are utilized for distance learning breakfast and lunch meals and are posted to the TPSD web site for parent, guardian, and student viewing. Meals2go include both the lunch for the day and breakfast for the next morning. Daily meals are only available as a set of (1) lunch and (1) breakfast per child. TPSD menus are subject to change based on availability of meal items. Weekly menus and food safety instructions are given to each family at the TPSD meals2go drive thru location and are available on the TPSD nutrition department web site.
Any child on a physician ordered special diet with written physician documentation, parent/guardian is requested to send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org Physician ordered special diet documentation is also accepted at the TPSD Nutrition Office, Fillmore Center, 903 Fillmore Drive, Tupelo, MS. Any ingredient questions for food allergies may be sent to: email@example.com
At the first time meals are picked up through the drive thru meal service location, all students are required to be present for confirmation of number of meals ordered and to receive the dash-board pass card for future meal services. After receiving the dash-board pass card, students do not have to present for future meal order pick meals2go services.
ATTENTION ALL TPSD DISTANCE LEARNING FAMILIES:
In order to continue your child’s TPSD-meals2go services, all meals ordered must be picked up on each day of order or please call or email to cancel your meal order before 11 a.m. to prevent possible interruption in your meal service. To cancel meals2go orders e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org The TPSD-Nutrition Office is glad to assist you at 662-840-1857 or 662-840-1840, 7:30 – 3:30, Monday – Friday. By completing the following form, you are agreeing to the TPSD-meals2go program procedures as listed in this information document. You acknowledge you are the parent/guardian of the student(s) listed on the TPSD-meals2go request form.
